Enrollment Info:

If current family, complete Student Enrollment Form 2018 only & pay tuition to CERC & Material Fees to Teacher.

If new family, pay $25 enrollment fee, complete Student Enrollment Form 2018, Statement of Faith 2017, Release of Liability 2017, Student Guidelines and Responsibilities 2017 if 12 yo or over, & pay tuition to CERC & Material Fees to Teacher (two separate checks)
