Julie Taylor

Mrs. Taylor graduated from East Texas State University, Commerce, Texas, in 1982 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  She moved to the Dallas area, worked in accounting,  met and married her husband of 30 years, Jerry, from McKinney, Texas. They have a son and daughter who are working and attending college. She homeschooled her daughter all of high school which included attending CERC her Jr. and Sr. years.

Julie accepted Jesus as her Savior at age 6 and was blessed to be raised in a Christian home with three sisters and two twin brothers.  Julie’s mother, who has a missionary heart,  was born and raised by her missionary parents in India who served there for forty years. Julie’s  father was a retired baptist preacher.  Mrs. Taylor has co-taught a craft class at a private school to high school students in the past. She has also been active in her children’s elementary years volunteering in their activities and helping their teachers as needed. In earlier years, she taught Sunday school at their church and served in Vacation Bible School. This will be Julie’s first year teaching science to the younger and middle school aged children at CERC, and she is very excited and looking forward to this privilege.

Be not anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Phillipians 4:6,7
