Apologia General Science – gr 7+

Description: This course is designed to be the student’s first systematic introduction to the sciences. Although it can be used for 8th grade (especially if the student has recently left the public schools), it is typically used best in the 7th grade. The course covers topics such as the scientific method, designing experiments, simple machines, archaeology, geology, paleontology, biology, and human anatomy and physiology. There are hands-on experiments, and I will add experiments not included in the book.
